| LIKE A RUBBER BALL HE COMES BOUNCING BACK ...
It really isn't his fault ... but Harish Patel has been made redundant and placed by SOLOMAN on a number of occasions ...
Harish has a solid manufacturing background in electronics, plastic mould and quality inspection.
He was first made redundant from a plastics company in Croydon in 2000 and sent his CV to SOLOMAN.
Aware that Harish's skills and experience would be invaluable to another manufacturer, our redundancy and recruitment specialists quickly placed him - this time at a solenoid manufacturer.
Unfortunately for Harish this company decided to move production to China - and Harish turned again to SOLOMAN for help.
This time Harish wanted help in starting his own business and SOLOMAN was able to provide him with contacts within Business Link so that he could investigate the matter further.
In the meantime, SOLOMAN found Harish some contracting work with a vending machine company - which he could do whilst doing his research.
By July 2008 Harish wanted to re-enter the job market and called SOLOMAN again. We are delighted to announce that he is now the Quality Inspector at Precision Engineering Plastics in Tottenham, North London.
Harish says "I really pray that I don't become redundant again - but if I do, I am calling Teresa at SOLOMAN."
