Colourite has been working with Soloman East and LMAS to improve their business performance

It was quickly understood that the problem facing Colourite was an outdated costing and pricing framework. With support from a Soloman East manufacturing finance specialist a new costing and process management system was developed that integrated seamlessly with all the software in use.

Having looked at other companies systems, Colourite believes that they have the probably the best costing and process system in their sector. This has allowed them to quote competitively with useful increase in business that has meant they have had to recruit another person to handle the additional work.
